Global Work AI review 2026: is it legit, what it costs and who should skip it
Global Work AI is a real paid job-search tool with partial auto-apply, but hidden pricing, a strict refund policy and a suspended Trustpilot rating call for caution.

Our verdict on Global Work AI
Global Work AI is a legitimate but high-risk subscription: the AI tailoring and remote-job feed work for some users, but opaque pricing, partial auto-apply and a strict refund policy make it hard to recommend. Organised job seekers who track renewals may get value; anyone on a tight budget should start with free tools.
Pricing No free plan or public price list; users report about $25 for the first month then $49.99/mo, $19.99/week, or $89.99 every 3 months (checked October 2026)
Visit Global Work AIGlobal Work AI is a real, paid job-search platform that matches you to openings, tailors your resume and cover letter, and auto-applies to some jobs. It is legit in the sense that a registered US company runs it and some users do find work through it. But it has no free plan, no public price list, a strict refund policy and a Trustpilot profile whose rating has been suspended.
That mix matters because the product targets people who are out of work and short on money. This review sets out what Global Work AI does, what it costs, and what users report, as of late October 2026.
Nobody at The AI Future created an account or ran a hands-on test for this review. Instead, we compared the company's own pages and legal terms, funding coverage, two independent reviews, and about 40 recent Trustpilot reviews. Where someone else did the testing or the counting, we say who.
What is Global Work AI?
Global Work AI (also written GlobalWork.ai) is an AI job-search service for individual job seekers. Its homepage advertises 500,000+ remote, hybrid and onsite jobs and leads with the promise "Get interviews 3X faster". The company gives no source for the 3X figure.
The legal operator is EXPERT REMOTE Inc., a Delaware company in Newark, according to the platform's terms of use. Those terms describe the service as "an AI-powered job marketplace and recruiting platform" that "is not an employer, staffing agency, or a party to any employment contracts."
The company was founded in 2023 by Alex Chepovoi and Alex Dyadischev, according to Startups Magazine. Pulse 2 describes it as a Polish HR-tech startup. It raised a $1.25 million pre-seed round in December 2024 and a $2.4 million follow-on round from the same backers, bringing total funding to $3.7 million, Startups Magazine reported. The company said it had grown 13x over the previous 10 months.
In an undated founder interview with Starter Story, Chepovoi said the platform reached $5 million in annual recurring revenue within 12 months and had more than 10,000 paying users, 45% of them in the US. The homepage now says more than 200,000 job seekers trust the service. Neither figure has been independently verified.
Key features
The features below come from the company's website and funding announcements. We have not checked how well each one works ourselves.
Job matching and a daily shortlist
Global Work AI says it scans the job market "every hour", from startups to Fortune 500 companies, and delivers a short list matched to your experience and goals, according to its homepage. Matching quality is the most common complaint in user reviews, as covered below.
Resume and cover letter tailoring
The service builds a "Candidate Profile" from your existing resume, then adapts the resume and writes a cover letter for each role. The company says you can review both before anything is submitted. Funding coverage also mentions a CV builder that analyses and improves resumes, per Startups Magazine.
Auto-apply, but only on some jobs
This is the headline feature, and the one most often misunderstood. Auto-apply works only where an employer's form can be filled automatically. In a public Trustpilot reply in October 2026, the company said: "it’s available for job postings where the employer’s application form can be completed automatically, and these are marked in your feed." For other jobs, you finish the application yourself on the employer's site. The site now says you approve every application before it is sent.
Auto-Fill browser plugin
The company has said it is investing in an Auto-Fill browser plugin for one-click form filling, according to Startups Magazine and Pulse 2. We could not find a public store listing or rating for it.
Mia AI career assistant
The follow-on funding was also meant to fund Mia AI, a career assistant for career planning, salary negotiation and upskilling, Startups Magazine reported. The company's terms of use now refer to "AI Voice Chat" sessions. How far Mia has rolled out is not clear from public pages.
Free career tools
Global Work AI offers a small set of free calculators and templates that need no account, according to its tools page. These are separate from the paid job-search service.
Global Work AI pricing and plans
Global Work AI does not publish a price list. You see prices only after you sign up, as both Datalevo and LoopCV reported. The figures below come from customer reviews and those two independent reviews, checked October 2026. Prices may differ for you, and the terms say prices can change at any time and sales tax may be added.
| Plan (as reported) | Price | Source |
|---|---|---|
| Intro month | About $25, then renews at $49.99/month | Datalevo, Trustpilot reviews |
| Weekly plan | $19.99/week | Trustpilot review, September 2026 |
| Quarterly renewal | $89.99 every 3 months | LoopCV |
| Free plan | None for the job-search service | LoopCV, Datalevo |
Does Global Work AI cost money? Yes. The core service is paid. All plans renew automatically until you cancel, per the terms of use. Several reviewers say they bought a cheap trial without realising it would renew at full price.
The refund policy, in plain terms
The homepage mentions a money-back guarantee. The money-back policy is much narrower. To qualify on a monthly or longer plan you must:
- Ask in time. Contact the company within 30 days of your first purchase and before the subscription period ends.
- Use it daily. Use the platform for at least 14 consecutive days within those 30 days.
- Prove volume. Send screenshots showing at least 100 job applications over those 14 days.
On weekly and biweekly plans, the bar is 4 consecutive days and 50 applications. The policy calls meeting these criteria "the sole basis for qualifying for a refund". Residents of California and Connecticut can cancel for a full refund before midnight on the third business day. Consumers in the EEA or Switzerland get a 7-day withdrawal right with a prorated refund. The company can also make exceptions at its discretion.
To cancel, you go to Profile Settings, then Manage Subscriptions, Change Plan and Cancel Subscription, confirming each step past any discount offers, according to the company's own Trustpilot reply. It says that if no confirmation email arrives, the cancellation has not gone through.
Performance and independent testing
No large independent test of Global Work AI's matching or application success rates is public. The evidence that exists comes from two competitor-adjacent reviews and from users.
Independent reviews
Datalevo, which did not create an account, rated the service "Avoid". It read the 20 newest one-star Trustpilot reviews posted between August 21 and October 7, 2026. Sixteen were about money: charges after cancelling, unexpected renewals or refused refunds. In 14 of those 20 cases, the company's public reply said the order had been refunded in full, usually a day or two after the review appeared.
LoopCV, which sells a rival auto-apply tool, also declined to recommend it. LoopCV noted that Global Work AI's refund conditions match those of another job site word for word, though it said it could not verify common ownership. Its competitive interest should be kept in mind.
Trust signals
On Trustpilot, the profile shows 191 reviews, but no star rating. A notice says the "rating is unavailable due to a breach of our guidelines", and another says Trustpilot has "removed a number of fake reviews for this company", as of late October 2026 on Trustpilot. The remaining reviews are polarised: 42% five-star and 41% one-star.
Website safety scanners are more positive. Datalevo reported that Gridinsoft scored the site 85 out of 100 on October 8, 2026, up from 35 in August. As Datalevo points out, these scanners check for malicious websites. They say nothing about billing practices.
What users report
We read about 40 recent Trustpilot reviews from August to late October 2026. Roughly 40% were positive, 15% mixed and 45% negative. Most positive reviews praise fast, friendly support, often after a cancellation or refund request. Fewer describe the product itself. One reviewer said she received a job offer within 6 weeks after 3 interviews, per Trustpilot.
The negative reviews cluster around three issues:
- Billing and cancellation. Users report charges after cancelling and refusals of same-day refund requests, as in reviews on Trustpilot. In several replies, the company says a cancellation was started but not confirmed.
- Poor matches. One user said the service matched him "to over 100 jobs that were completely irrelevant", per Trustpilot. Others report expired or unresponsive listings.
- Less automation than expected. One reviewer said she had to submit 65% of her applications manually, per Trustpilot. Another said a generated cover letter included the line "even though I don't have the experience, I am applying". The company replied that the line "shouldn’t appear" and refunded her last month, per Trustpilot.
The company replies to nearly every negative review. Datalevo cites Trustpilot's count of 72 replies to 73 negative reviews, per its review.
Who Global Work AI is for
Our take: Global Work AI suits a narrow group. It may work for job seekers who want a single feed of remote roles plus help drafting tailored applications, and who will track their renewal date carefully. Applicants in white-collar roles such as customer service, sales and data entry seem to be its core market, based on the job categories on its site.
It is a poor fit if you need guaranteed auto-apply, work in a niche field, or cannot afford an unexpected renewal. If you are unemployed and on a tight budget, free job boards and a free AI chatbot can cover most of the same ground. Our guide on how to use AI to apply for jobs explains that approach.

2. Jobright
Jobright offers resume-based matching, tailoring and application autofill. It has an ongoing free plan, with its Turbo tier at $39.99/month or $17.99/week, according to Jobstrack. Read our Jobright AI review for the details.

Verdict
Global Work AI is a real, funded company with a working product and some satisfied customers. It is not a fake site. But the business model asks you to pay first, on auto-renewal, with no public prices and a refund test that few people will meet.
Our take: try free options first. If you do subscribe, screenshot the checkout page including the renewal price, put the renewal date in your calendar, and keep the cancellation confirmation email. With job seekers under pressure in 2026, as our explainer on what jobs AI will replace sets out, that caution is worth more than a faster application feed.
What happens next: the company has promised better matching, the Auto-Fill plugin and Mia AI. Whether those changes reduce complaints, and whether Trustpilot restores its rating, are the signals to watch.
FAQ
Is Global Work AI legit?
Yes, in that EXPERT REMOTE Inc., a registered Delaware company, runs it and it has raised $3.7 million from investors. But Trustpilot has suspended its rating after removing fake reviews, and many users complain about renewals and refunds. Treat it as a real but high-risk subscription.
Does Global Work AI cost money?
Yes. There is no free plan for the job-search service. Users report an intro month around $25 renewing at $49.99/month, a $19.99 weekly plan, and $89.99 every three months. Prices appear only after sign-up, and every plan renews automatically until you cancel.
Is Global Work AI free?
Only its small set of calculators and templates is free. The matching, tailoring and auto-apply service needs a paid subscription. If you want a free AI job tool, LoopCV and Jobright both offer free plans, according to their pricing pages and independent reviews.
Is Global Work AI worth it?
For most job seekers, probably not on current evidence. Auto-apply covers only some jobs, matching gets frequent complaints, and refunds depend on 100 applications in 14 days. It may suit organised users who want a remote-job feed and AI drafting, and who cancel on time.
How do I cancel Global Work AI?
Log in, open Profile Settings, choose Manage Subscriptions, then Change Plan and Cancel Subscription. Confirm every step past any discount offer. The company says a confirmation email follows. If none arrives, email contact@globalwork.ai before your renewal date.
