Jobhire AI is a real auto-apply service that can push far more applications out than you could by hand, but opaque pricing, non-refundable fees and uneven match quality make it a paid experiment. Use it for a broad US search you will monitor weekly; skip it for niche roles, searches outside the US or if you need a cash refund to fall back on.

Pricing No free plan; prices shown only after signup. JobHire's blog lists Basic $49/mo, Enhanced $99/mo, Enhanced 3 months $199; a $5 three-day trial that auto-renews is also offered; add-ons extra (checked October 2026)

Here is the short version. Jobhire AI (styled JobHire.AI) is a paid auto-apply service for US job seekers: you upload a resume, set your targets, and its AI finds openings, rewrites your resume for each one and submits applications under your name. It does submit applications, and plenty of users say it got them interviews. The weak points are the money side and match quality: prices only appear after signup, the published figures disagree with each other, and the refund policy pays out account credit rather than cash.

Nobody at The AI Future bought a subscription or ran a hands-on test for this review. We put it together from JobHire's own site, FAQ and blog, its Trustpilot page, and independent reviews by other sites, as of late October 2026. Many of the "jobhire ai reviews" you will find online are written by competing auto-apply tools, so we say who wrote what at each step.

What is Jobhire AI?

Think of Jobhire AI as a job-application robot with a dashboard. The JobHire.AI homepage says it "applies to hundreds of jobs matching your criteria, bypasses ATS filters, and submits applications before other candidates", and it is marked "U.S. Roles Only". The company behind it is JOBHIRE AI LIMITED in Nicosia, Cyprus. Careery's review adds that the terms name a US seller, EL AI Solutions LLC, which is registered in Florida.

The pipeline looks like this:

  1. Onboarding. You answer a short quiz about the roles, locations and pay you want, then upload your current resume.
  2. Matching. The AI scores listings against your profile. Careery reports two strictness modes, "Wide Search" (60% match or higher) and "Top Matches Only" (80% or higher).
  3. Tailoring. The resume is reworked for applicant tracking systems (ATS), and a cover letter can be written for each job.
  4. Submission. Applications go out automatically, after a 24-hour approval window, or only when you approve them.
  5. Tracking. A dashboard logs each application, and Careery says employer replies come back through a relay email that JobHire forwards to you.

If you are comparing it with other "hire ai" or "ai hire" tools, the main difference is that JobHire does the applying itself. Job-matching tools such as Jobright AI mostly find roles and leave the submitting to you.

Key features

Auto apply

This is the core product. JobHire's Auto Apply page says the system will "submit an application only if it appears to be a good fit", and the homepage claims you can save up to 40 hours a week. JobHire's own blog lists daily caps of 40 applications on its Basic plan and 100 on Enhanced (JobHire blog, 8 best AI automated job application tools). The same post says the Enhanced plan is "Powered by ChatGPT 5.2", while Basic runs on ChatGPT 4.1.

Control levels

You are not forced into full autopilot. The JobHire FAQ says it "can even apply to jobs on your behalf if you want it to", and that you can review each opportunity yourself instead. The three modes are manual approval, a 24-hour auto-send window and fully automatic. That matters, because several of the complaints below come from people who let it run unchecked.

Resume tailoring and cover letters

Each application can carry a resume tuned to the job description and a generated cover letter. One catch: Careery reports that the base plan reformats your resume once, and the per-application tailored resume and cover letter is a paid add-on. One Trustpilot reviewer said they "added the custom cover letter writing feature for 9$", while a company reply quoted by Careery mentions $24 per add-on. The price you see may differ.

Resume tools

The footer lists a resume builder, resume matching, AI resume analysis, a resume score check and a cover letter builder. Several recent Trustpilot reviews praise a resume review service in particular. One long-time employee wrote that JobHire "took my resume, modernized it and gave me a detailed summary on what to change" (Trustpilot). If you mostly need a better resume, our roundup of the best AI resume builders covers cheaper ways to get one.

Application audit trail

According to Scoutify's review, JobHire says it added an audit trail in 2025 that shows the exact resume and cover letter sent with each application. Use it. A dashboard count only tells you what JobHire says it sent, not what the employer received.

Jobhire AI pricing and plans

This is the messiest part of the product. There is no public pricing page (jobhire.ai/pricing returned a 404 when we checked in late October 2026). The FAQ names three plans, Standard, Pro and Extended, without prices, and says: "There's no free trial, but users who subscribe right after registration can unlock a one-time discount." You only see your actual price after you register.

Here is what the public record shows, checked October 2026:

SourcePlans and pricesNotes
JobHire blog (updated September 2026)Basic $49/month; Enhanced $99/month; Enhanced 3 months $19940 or 100 applications a day; mentions a 30% off promo at signup
JobHire reply on Trustpilot (October 2026)$5 three-day trial, then renews at a listed price"only $5 is charged if you cancel before the trial ends"
JobHire blog, July 2026 (via Careery)$29 for one month; $69 for three months; $109 for six monthsConflicts with the figures above
LoopCV and Weekday (competitors)Starter $49/month; Pro $119 per 3 months; Pro+ $199 per 6 monthsThird-party figures, not from JobHire

What the free plan really includes: there isn't one, at least not for applying. Careery reports that JobHire lets you set up a profile and see matches for free, but applications need a paid plan. The FAQ says there is no free trial, though the company's own Trustpilot replies describe a paid $5 three-day trial that renews automatically.

Worked example: how $5 becomes $171

Careery noticed that three one-star Trustpilot reviews from July to September 2026 mention the same $171 charge. A JobHire reply describes one offer as a $5 trial renewing at $99, plus $24 for each add-on left selected. Do the maths: $99 + (3 × $24) = $171. JobHire says the renewal price is shown before payment and that add-ons are optional. Either way, the lesson is the same: screenshot the checkout, untick add-ons you don't need, and note the renewal date before the trial ends.

Refunds

JobHire's own blog still advertises a "15-day interview guarantee". The refund policy dated July 17, 2026, as quoted by Scoutify, says: "All subscription fees - for both initial purchases and renewals - are non-refundable." Cash refunds cover billing errors such as duplicate charges. If you get no interviews, a first subscription can earn two weeks of account credit, and only if you meet every condition. These include waiting at least 15 days, asking within 30 days, turning on Fast Track and auto-apply mode, and selecting all work types and at least five states. Manual approval mode doesn't qualify.

Performance and independent testing

We found no independent, controlled test of JobHire's interview rate, and the reviews we read don't claim one. Scoutify and Careery both say plainly that they did not buy a subscription. Treat JobHire's own figures, such as "35,000+ Jobseekers found their dream job through JobHire.AI" and interview invitations within "7 to 14 days", as marketing claims with no published method. Careery also noticed that the FAQ says 15,000 job seekers while the homepage says 35,000+.

What we do have is a large pile of user reports. On October 31, 2026, JobHire had a TrustScore of 4.1 from 1,080 Trustpilot reviews: 63% five-star, 18% four-star, 3% three-star, 1% two-star and 15% one-star. Trustpilot marks the profile as claimed with a paid subscription, and most of the five-star reviews carry the "Invited" label, meaning JobHire asked those customers to review it. That is allowed, but invited reviews usually come out more positive.

The good reports are about speed and volume. One reviewer wrote: "Within one day have had 2 companies reach out for interviews and 8 reach back for more information" (Trustpilot). Another said a colleague talked them into it and there were "some small hiccups", but each round got better.

Where it breaks

The failures cluster into four patterns:

  • Poor matches. "You have sent my resumes to so many companies that have rejected my application some of which I do not have qualifications in," one user wrote in October 2026 (Trustpilot). LoopCV cites a widely shared case of a master's graduate being sent to fast-food roles.
  • Wrong form answers. An August 2026 one-star reviewer said the AI submitted an application stating they were not eligible to work in the US, and that you can't edit an application before it goes out (Trustpilot, one-star reviews).
  • Duplicates. The same reviewer reported rejected postings reappearing. JobHire says it has tightened matching since.
  • Billing and cancelling. "Difficult to cancel, they don't respond in a timely fashion and I was charged $171 because their system would not allow me to cancel before the deadline," wrote one user in September 2026. JobHire replied that you can cancel at any time through the support widget.

The match-quality problem is built into the design. An auto-apply loop is only as good as its filter: if the "match" threshold is loose, each extra application is mostly noise, and recruiters see the noise under your name. At 40 applications a day, a 30-day month is up to 1,200 submissions. Even if only one in ten is a poor fit, that is around 120 employers seeing a weak version of you. JobHire does respond to complaints: Trustpilot shows replies to 50% of negative reviews, usually within 48 hours. In several replies the company traced the problem to search settings, which is a fair point, but it also shows how much the outcome depends on setup.

One more risk: Careery notes that JobHire's terms say uploaded personal data is not redacted when shared with employers and other third parties, and that inputs may be used for model improvement where the law allows it. Strip out anything you wouldn't put on a public job board.

Jobhire AI alternatives worth considering

  • Jobright AI: choose it if you want strong job matching and alerts but prefer to submit applications yourself. Trustpilot showed Jobright at 4.8 from about 4,000 reviews on the "people also looked at" panel of JobHire's page.
  • LoopCV: the closest like-for-like auto-apply tool. By its own account it publishes prices and has a free plan, so you can judge match quality before paying. Note that LoopCV wrote one of the JobHire reviews we cite.
  • Simplify: a free Chrome autofill extension that fills forms while you click submit. It's slower but you check every field, which avoids the wrong-answer problem completely. Scoutify recommends it for people who want to submit each application themselves.

Verdict

Jobhire AI is a real, working auto-apply service, not a scam site, and if you are a US job seeker with a broad target it can put far more applications in front of employers than you could manage by hand. Some users clearly get interviews from it.

But the trade-offs are significant. You pay before you can judge match quality, the published prices contradict each other, add-ons push up renewals, and the "guarantee" is conditional credit, not cash back. Our score is 3 out of 5. Use it if you are searching broadly in the US, can afford to lose the fee, and will check what goes out under your name. Skip it if your search is narrow, you are outside the US, or you need a refund to fall back on.

FAQ

Is Jobhire AI legit?

Yes, in the sense that it is a real company that takes payments and submits real applications. It is run by JOBHIRE AI LIMITED in Cyprus and has 4.1 stars from over 1,000 Trustpilot reviews. The real risks are billing ones: hidden pricing, auto-renewals, non-refundable fees, and reports of poorly matched applications.

How much does Jobhire AI cost?

JobHire doesn't publish a pricing page, so you see your price at checkout. Its own blog lists $49 a month for Basic, $99 a month for Enhanced and $199 for three months of Enhanced. Company replies on Trustpilot also describe a $5 three-day trial that renews automatically, and optional add-ons cost extra.

Does Jobhire AI have a free plan or free trial?

There is no free plan for applying. JobHire's FAQ says there is no free trial, but its replies on Trustpilot describe a paid $5 three-day trial that renews at full price unless you cancel in time. Setting up a profile and viewing matches is reportedly free. Read the renewal terms before entering your card details.

Can I get a refund from Jobhire AI?

Only for billing errors such as duplicate charges or a charge after you cancelled. Under its July 2026 policy, subscription fees are otherwise non-refundable. If you get no interviews, a first subscription may earn two weeks of credit, but only with Fast Track and auto-apply on, all work types and at least five states selected.

How do I cancel Jobhire AI?

Careery reports three routes: My Profile, then Subscription, then Cancel subscription; the Unsubscribe option in the support widget; or an email to support@jobhire.ai. Cancelling stops future renewals but doesn't refund the current period. Keep the confirmation, and if your payment email differs from your account email, mention both.

Does Jobhire AI work outside the US?

No. The homepage is marked "U.S. Roles Only", and the refund credit conditions assume you are searching across US states. If you are job hunting in the UK, India or elsewhere, look at tools that cover your local job boards, or use a free autofill extension and apply yourself.
