10Web is a sensible choice for small businesses and agencies that want an AI-built WordPress site they can export and move, at a fair $10 a month on yearly billing. Skip it if you need a free website or have little patience for billing disputes and slow support on complex issues.

Short version: 10Web AI is a decent pick if you want a real WordPress site built from a prompt and hosted for you, and it's a weaker pick if you want something free forever. You can build for free during a 3-day trial, but keeping the site online means paying, with plans from $10 a month on yearly billing. I'd rate it 3.5 out of 5, held back mostly by billing and support complaints rather than by the builder itself.

Nobody at The AI Future ran a hands-on test for this review, so you won't find stopwatch timings or screenshots of my own builds here. We compared 10Web using its official pages, published reviews from people who did build sites with it, and around 50 recent user reviews, as of late October 2026. Where someone else did the testing, I'll name them.

10Web AI at a glance

  • Rating: 3.5 out of 5 (features 8.5, ease of use 8, value 7, performance 6.5, out of 10).
  • Best for: small businesses, coaches and agencies that want an AI website builder sitting on top of standard WordPress.
  • Pricing: no free plan; a 3-day trial with 5 AI credits, then AI Starter from $10 a month billed yearly ($20 monthly).
  • Website: 10web.io.

Overview of 10Web AI

10Web is an AI builder that turns a prompt, a link or a file into a website, an online store or a web app, then hosts it. On the homepage, the company says it's built more than 2 million projects since 2017. You describe your business, the AI plans the pages, writes the copy and builds the screens.

The interesting part sits under the hood. Going by 10Web's own FAQ, the front end you see is generated as a React app, any custom features are generated as WordPress plugins, and WordPress runs the back end (content, users, data and admin). You get full admin, file and database access, and you can install any of the 60,000+ existing WordPress plugins alongside.

That matters more than it sounds.

Closed builders tend to lock your site inside their system; with 10Web, Learning Revolution's reviewer points out that you can leave later and keep your site, since the code editor offers FTP access and full export. For anyone who's been burned by a proprietary builder, I think that's the strongest reason to look at 10Web at all.

The product has changed a lot. An older Unite.AI review described an Elementor-based editor with an AI co-pilot; the current version is an "agentic" builder where a team of AI agents plans and makes changes, and Learning Revolution dates the switch to the October 2025 launch of Vibe for WordPress. (If you're curious what "agentic" means outside marketing copy, our explainer on agentic AI covers it.)

Key features

Start from a prompt, a link or a Figma file

Most AI website creation tools start from a blank prompt. 10Web lets you start from what you already have: your old site, a Google business profile, a Figma file, a spreadsheet, or an Instagram, Etsy or Amazon listing, as listed on its homepage. Before it builds anything, it shows you a plan of the pages and features so you can approve or change it.

Honestly, the "bring a link" idea is the bit I'd use most. Rewriting your services page from scratch is tedious; having the AI pull in your existing photos and text is probably where the real time saving lives.

Clone, redesign and Figma agents

The plans page lists three named agents: a redesign agent that turns an outdated page into a modern one, a cloning agent that recreates any page from a URL, and a Figma agent that converts design files into a web page. In an earlier test, Learning Revolution cloned the Help Scout homepage layout in a few minutes. Use cloning for structure, though. Copying a competitor's design and words too closely is a legal and brand risk, as that reviewer also warns.

Three ways to edit

After the first build you can ask an agent for changes in chat ("add a pricing section"), click any element to edit it in place, or open the code. The visual editor handles global themes, fonts, colours, drag-and-drop sections and mobile editing, according to the AI website builder page. Each AI request costs credits, which becomes a real limit on the cheapest plan.

Business features by prompt

Bookings with deposits, member logins with paid plans, multi-step forms, restaurant menus with online ordering and a full online store are all on the list. If something's missing, you describe it and 10Web builds it as a plugin with its own admin screen. The store side supports Stripe, PayPal and local payment methods, with tax and shipping rates calculated automatically.

I'd treat the newer pieces, like courses and memberships, as basic for now. Learning Revolution's reviewer wrote that they hadn't seen independent reviews of those tools yet, and neither have I.

Managed WordPress hosting

Every plan includes 10Web cloud hosting, free SSL, daily backups, automatic WordPress updates, a CDN and a security check before each publish. The company targets a 90+ PageSpeed score on desktop and mobile. Agencies get white-label dashboards, client billing through Stripe or PayPal, and staging.

Pricing and plans

The "free" label needs a footnote. Building is free, but you only get a 3-day trial with 5 AI credits, and your site lives on a 10web.site link while you build. When the trial ends, the FAQ on the plans page is blunt: your site is deleted unless you pick a paid plan. That surprised me a little; plenty of builders keep a free subdomain site running indefinitely.

Prices checked October 2026. The yearly rates and credit counts come from 10Web's pricing; monthly rates, Agency Core's yearly price and the per-plan credit figures for agency tiers are from Learning Revolution's October 2026 check, since 10Web's own page only says monthly billing costs "a higher rate".

A few details are worth reading twice:

  • AI plans include a free domain credit of up to $30.
  • The 30-day money-back guarantee only applies until you claim that free domain, because domain registration can't be refunded.
  • Unused AI credits expire at the end of the month.
  • Learning Revolution notes the yearly prices are first-year prices, so check the renewal rate before paying.
  • Agency Core's client billing carries a 7% 10Web fee, per the same review.

For a single small-business site, AI Starter is probably enough. I'd only move to Premium if you need a second site or plan to lean hard on the chat editor, since 100 credits can go quickly on a big rebuild.

Performance and independent testing

The fairest summary of other people's tests: the builder gets you a usable first draft fast, and you'll still have work to do. Learning Revolution put it plainly: "The result is a strong first draft, not a finished site." Their reviewer suggests rewriting the AI copy with your own stories and swapping generated images for real photos, which matches what I'd expect from any AI website design generator.

Unite.AI's older hands-on review praised the Google Cloud hosting and uptime around 99.9%, but listed bugs in some plugins and no phone support as cons. That review predates the agentic builder, so its editing notes are out of date; the hosting points likely still apply.

Ratings are split in a way that tells you something. On Trustpilot, 10Web scores 4.3 from 2,374 reviews, with 90% five-star and 6% one-star, though Trustpilot flags that the company "hasn't invited customers recently". On Capterra, it's a different mood: across 44 reviews, ease of use averages 3.8, value for money 3.6 and customer service 3.7, with 25% of reviews marked negative.

We read 30 Trustpilot reviews posted between June and October 2026 and about 22 Capterra reviews. Two thirds of the Trustpilot ones were positive, most of them thanking a named support agent for a quick fix ("Fatima did a great job of getting my site back to high PageSpeed Insights load speeds in a few minutes."). The negative third was mostly about money: renewals charged after people thought they'd cancelled, and refunds refused. One September reviewer was blunter about tech support: "Every other host i have used is so much faster and better tech support."

Capterra's reviews skew older and harsher. A marketing director gave it 1 out of 5 in April 2025 after WooCommerce checkout pages returned 404 errors, while a construction business owner in March 2026 wrote: "Im happy with it. I've had to fight through a few things, but the pain is still worth it." That second line seems like the most honest summary I came across.

Best suited to

10Web fits small service businesses, coaches, consultants and local shops that want a professional WordPress site without hiring a designer or managing hosting. It also suits agencies that build lots of small client sites, thanks to the white-label dashboard and client billing.

Skip it if you want a permanent free website, if you need fast phone support (there isn't any, going by the Unite.AI and Learning Revolution reviews), or if you already have hosting you like. Learning Revolution's reviewer notes the best tools only work on 10Web hosting. And if you're building a SaaS-style app with heavy custom logic, a code-first builder is probably a better match; our Lovable vs Bolt comparison covers that side.

10Web AI alternatives

  • Hostinger's AI builder is much cheaper; Learning Revolution lists it from $2.99 a month. Pick it if price matters more than WordPress access and agentic editing.
  • Durable starts at $22 a month in the same comparison and is the simplest route to a basic local-business site, with less flexibility.
  • Webflow is, I'd guess, the better choice if you care about fine design control and don't need WordPress plugins.

If you'd rather compare approaches before choosing a tool, our guide on how to build a website with AI walks through the steps.

Verdict

I like what 10Web is trying to do. An AI builder that hands you a standard WordPress site, which you can export and move, is a smarter design than most closed tools, and $10 a month on yearly billing is fair for hosting plus 100 AI credits.

The trust problem is real, though. Too many recent reviews mention renewals and refused refunds for me to wave them away, and the 3-day trial that deletes your site is stingy. My advice: build your homepage during the trial, ask support a real question, keep your billing records, and don't claim the free domain until you're sure. If those go well, it's a solid buy. If you need a free website builder, look elsewhere.

FAQ

Is there an AI website builder?

Yes, several. 10Web is one: you describe your business or paste a link, and it plans and builds a full multi-page WordPress site, then hosts it. Hostinger, Durable and Webflow also have AI site builders, with different trade-offs on price and flexibility.

Which is the best AI website builder for free?

It depends what "free" has to mean for you. 10Web isn't free beyond its 3-day trial, and your site is deleted if you don't upgrade. If you need a site that stays online at no cost, I'd look for a builder with a permanent free plan on a branded subdomain, and accept that you'll see ads or limits.

Which is the best free AI website builder?

There isn't one answer, and I'd be wary of any list that claims otherwise. For trying AI website creation, 10Web's trial is fine for testing a draft. For something you keep, compare free plans against cheap paid ones like Hostinger, since a few dollars a month often removes the worst limits.

Which free AI site builder is the best?

For a quick test of an idea, any builder with a free trial works; 10Web gives you 5 AI credits and a live 10web.site link with no card needed. For a long-term free site, pick one with a permanent free tier, and check whether you can export your content later. That last point is where 10Web's WordPress base helps if you do end up paying.
