Visit Seamless.AIHere is the short version. Seamless AI (Seamless.AI) is a B2B sales intelligence platform: you search for people by job title, company, industry or location, and it returns business emails and phone numbers you can export to your CRM or use in its own outreach tools. It has a free plan with a small credit allowance, paid plans that are mostly quote-based on annual contracts, and a reputation that splits cleanly in two. Users like the speed and the Chrome extension. Critics point to bounced emails and a strict cancellation policy.
Nobody at The AI Future ran a hands-on test of Seamless for this review, so there are no screenshots or bounce-rate experiments of our own here. Instead, we reviewed it as it stands in late October 2026 using Seamless's own product and pricing pages, third-party pricing breakdowns, independent video reviews and around 45 recent Capterra reviews. Where someone else did the testing, we say who.
Our verdict: Seamless is a fast, capable contact finder for high-volume outbound teams that already verify their lists. If you send a few dozen emails a week, or you can't afford to miss a cancellation window, look elsewhere first.
What is Seamless AI?
Seamless describes itself as "a real-time search engine that helps B2B companies find accurate sales leads". The key word is real-time. According to the company, every search "scours the public web in real-time" to find and verify contact details, rather than only reading from a database that was refreshed weeks ago. If you searched for "seemless ai", this is the same product.
Think of it as three layers stacked on top of each other:
- Data layer. Search and enrichment. Seamless claims 1.3 billion+ verified contacts, 414 million+ verified mobile numbers and 100+ data points per profile. Those are vendor figures, not audited ones.
- Engagement layer. Email, calling and multi-step campaigns inside the product, sold as Seamless Connect.
- Automation layer. AI list building (Autopilot), AI-written research (Pitch Intelligence) and, newest, an MCP server that lets AI agents use Seamless directly.
So what does Seamless AI do in practice? Most people use it for the first layer: find decision-makers, unlock their email or phone number with a credit, push the contact to HubSpot or Salesforce, and send outreach from another tool. The other two layers are Seamless's pitch for "ai lead automation", where the list builds itself and the outreach is partly written for you. If you want the wider context on how these agent-style tools work, our explainer on agentic AI covers the basics.
Key features
Prospector and real-time search
The core search, called Prospector, lets you filter by contact and company criteria and reveal verified emails and mobile numbers. Capterra reviewers mention filters for department, location, keywords, industry, employee size and company type. Each reveal costs a credit, which is the unit that drives your bill.
Chrome extension
This is the feature users praise most. The extension sits on top of LinkedIn and LinkedIn Sales Navigator and pulls contact details from the profile you're viewing. One Capterra reviewer, a business development executive, wrote that it lets their team build lists "directly from LinkedIn Sales Navigator, saving us hours of manual data entry every single week."
Autopilot list building
Autopilot takes a saved search and keeps researching new contacts that match it, then sends those lists to sequences, downloads or your CRM. It runs on universal credits, so a large Autopilot job can drain a credit pool quickly. Third-party breakdowns list it as a premium add-on on Pro and Enterprise plans, according to Lindy and Landbase.
Pitch Intelligence and AI Fields
Pitch Intelligence compiles company overviews, tech stacks, hiring trends, news and buying signals so reps can personalise outreach. AI Fields let you add a custom column to your contact list, write a prompt, and run it across every record. Treat the output as a research draft: the model can only be as good as the signals it finds.
Connect, emailing and calling
Seamless Connect bundles campaigns across email, social, phone and tasks, with dialling through Twilio or manual call logging. The emailing tools add AI writing, templates, open and click tracking, and inbox warm-up. A third-party snapshot of the pricing page in 2026 noted that Connect was included across plans "for a limited time", so check whether that still applies when you buy.
Seamless MCP server
The most interesting 2026 addition for technical teams is the Seamless MCP server. It exposes "54 tools across 11 domains" to any MCP client, and Seamless lists Claude Desktop, Claude Code, Cursor, VS Code, ChatGPT and Gemini CLI among the supported ones. Setup is OAuth sign-in, not API keys. Each tool is labelled read, write or destructive, and you can require confirmation before write and destructive actions run. Seamless says search is free through MCP and credits apply only when you enrich a contact or company. If you're wiring this into a larger pipeline, our guide to AI agent workflow automation explains where human approval steps belong.
Credits and refunds
Seamless's Bulk Credits pool covers Search, Enrich, the AI Assistant, Autopilot and the API, with admin controls for per-user limits. The company says "Credits automatically return for invalid emails or bad data", and its homepage backs this with a "100% protection" promise on invalid emails.
Seamless AI pricing and plans
Pricing is the hardest part of this review to pin down. Seamless's pricing page shows no dollar figures in late October 2026, only a demo form promising "special pricing" for unlimited users, bulk credits and add-ons. Landbase notes that Seamless's public pricing materials are "in transition, with some inconsistencies" across its website, knowledge base and blog. The table below combines what we could verify, checked October 2026.
| Plan | Price | Credits | Notes |
|---|---|---|---|
| Free | $0 | 50 credits, per Seamless's homepage FAQ | Real-time search, email and phone reveals, basic integrations |
| Basic | $147/month billed yearly, per Lindy (shown only after sign-up) | 3,000 per year (Lindy); Landbase cites a knowledge-base figure of 250 per month | Exports, basic integrations, email support |
| Pro | Quote only | Daily credit refresh; Pro starts at 10,000 annual credits, per an aitoolsatlas snapshot | Pitch Intelligence, unlimited integrations, free admin seat; Autopilot and enrichment as add-ons |
| Enterprise | Quote only | Custom | Unlimited users and exports, onboarding specialist, priority support |
Two contract terms matter more than the sticker price. Landbase reports that all paid plans use annual contracts with a 60-day cancellation notice, and missing that window renews you automatically. Pricing breakdowns from competitors such as FullEnrich make the same point. Treat those competitor pages with some caution on numbers, since they sell rival tools, but the 60-day rule appears consistently across sources and in user reviews.
What the free plan really includes
The free plan is a trial in practice. Seamless's own FAQ says it is "free for up to 50 credits", and Lindy describes them as 50 lifetime credits, not a monthly allowance. That's enough to check data quality on a sample of your target accounts, not enough to run a campaign. Use it for exactly that: pick 50 contacts you can verify independently and see how many are right.
A worked example: what a usable contact costs
Take the Basic figures Lindy reports: $147 a month billed yearly is $1,764 a year for 3,000 credits, or about $0.59 per credit. Now apply an accuracy rate. The AI Builder Marketplace review on YouTube says independent tests put Seamless's email deliverability "around 74% (20–30% bounce)". At 74%, 3,000 reveals give you roughly 2,220 good emails, so your real cost is about $0.79 per usable address. If Seamless's automatic refunds catch the bad ones, you get some of those credits back; any bounce the system doesn't flag is a cost you absorb. Run this math with your own quote before you sign.
Performance and independent testing
We found no large, neutral benchmark of Seamless data accuracy published in 2026, so the evidence here comes from creators and user reviews. Read it with that in mind.
Holly Mack, a marketing consultant who has run outbound programmes for clients, compared Apollo, ZoomInfo and Seamless in a July 2026 video. Her description cites "20–30% bounce rates, daily expiring credits, and intense contract lock-ins" as reasons she tells clients to skip Seamless. She discloses an Apollo affiliate link, which is worth weighing. The AI Builder Marketplace channel's October 2026 review reached a similar view, calling data accuracy "the recurring complaint" and comparing a 20–30% bounce rate with roughly 2–3% for ZoomInfo.
User reviews tell a more mixed story. Seamless holds 4.5 out of 5 from 599 reviews on Capterra, with 4.6 for ease of use and 4.4 for customer service, checked October 2026. Landbase reported a 4.4 rating on G2 from over 5,000 reviews in March 2026. But the detail inside those reviews keeps returning to the same caveats. A sales manager who gave five stars still advised that "It’s smart to run high-volume lists through a secondary verifier". Another reviewer reported that phone results sometimes return "general reception or switchboard numbers instead of direct contacts", and others flagged thin coverage for niche industries and the Canadian market.
One thing to know about those star ratings: several of the highest-rated recent Capterra reviews are marked "Vendor Referred - Incentive Offered", meaning Seamless invited the reviewer and offered a small thank-you. That doesn't make them false, but it helps explain the gap between the averages and the complaints.
Where it breaks
- Accuracy varies by segment. Reviewers describe good results for mid-level roles in common industries and weaker coverage for senior contacts, niche verticals and non-US markets.
- Credits deduct on unlock. A five-star Capterra reviewer warned that credits "deduct as soon as you unlock a contact", so fast list building can burn a month's allowance in days.
- Cancellation is strict. The most damaging reviews are about billing, not data. One CEO said his team followed the published cancellation steps, waited for a billing specialist who never called, and was then told they had missed the 60-day notice window.
- Pricing is opaque. With no public prices above the free plan, you can't compare costs without a sales call.
None of these failure modes is unique to Seamless; contact data decays in every database. The difference is how much verification you need to add on top, and how much contract risk you're carrying while you find out.
Who it's for
| If you are... | Seamless is... |
|---|---|
| An SDR team doing high-volume outbound with a separate email verifier | A good fit. Speed and the LinkedIn extension pay off at volume. |
| A recruiter sourcing candidates across many companies | Worth a trial. Several Capterra reviewers use it for recruitment outreach. |
| A developer building an AI prospecting agent | Interesting, thanks to the MCP server with risk-tiered tools. |
| A founder sending a few emails a week | Probably overkill. The annual contract outweighs the benefit. |
| A team selling into niche industries or outside the US | Test carefully on the free credits before committing. |

Seamless AI alternatives worth considering
- Apollo. Combines a contact database with built-in sequences. Lindy lists it from $59 per user per month billed monthly, and it's the alternative most creators recommend for small and mid-size teams that want transparent pricing.
- ZoomInfo. The enterprise option with broader firmographics and, per the reviewers cited above, lower bounce rates. Pricing is custom and typically far higher; Holly Mack estimates $24k–$40k a year for a five-person team.
- Lusha. A simpler tool for quick lookups with an easier credit model. Lindy lists it from $49.90 a month.

Verdict: who should use it and who should skip it
Seamless AI earns a 3.5 out of 5 from us. The product side is solid: real-time search, a well-liked Chrome extension, useful AI research tools and a genuinely well-designed MCP server for agent builders. The weak spots are the ones that cost money. Email accuracy is good enough for many users and poor for others, prices are hidden behind a sales call, and the annual contract with a 60-day notice period turns a bad fit into a full year of payments.
Use it if you run high-volume outbound, already verify emails before sending, and are willing to negotiate a contract and put the renewal date in your calendar. Skip it if you need predictable month-to-month pricing, sell into niche or non-US markets, or want the highest accuracy and can afford ZoomInfo. Either way, spend the 50 free credits on contacts you can check before you talk to sales.
FAQ
What is Seamless AI?
Seamless AI is a B2B sales intelligence platform that finds business emails and phone numbers using a real-time search engine. You filter by role, company, industry and location, unlock contacts with credits, and export them to your CRM or use Seamless's own email and calling tools. It offers a free plan with 50 credits.
What does Seamless AI do?
Seamless AI helps sales teams build prospect lists. It searches for decision-makers, reveals their verified contact details, enriches existing CRM records, and can automate list building with Autopilot. Newer features add AI-written research, multi-channel outreach and an MCP server that lets AI agents search and enrich contacts directly.
Is Seamless AI free?
Partly. Seamless offers a free plan with 50 credits, which third-party reviewers describe as a lifetime allowance rather than a monthly one. That's enough to test data quality on a small sample. Paid plans start with Basic, reported at $147 a month billed yearly, while Pro and Enterprise are quote-only.
Is Seamless AI legit?
Yes, it's a real, widely used company with a 4.5 rating from 599 Capterra reviews as of October 2026. Complaints focus on data accuracy, bounced emails and strict annual contracts with a 60-day cancellation notice, not on whether the service exists. Read the contract terms carefully before signing.
How do I cancel Seamless AI?
Paid plans are annual and, per Landbase, require cancellation at least 60 days before renewal or the contract renews automatically. Several reviewers report problems with the process, so submit your request in writing well ahead of the deadline, keep a copy, and confirm that Seamless has acknowledged it.

Most praised speed, filters and the Chrome extension; the negative minority described bad data and cancellation disputes. Several top-rated reviews were vendor-invited with an incentive, and we could not access Trustpilot or Reddit, so this sample likely skews positive.
