EasyComment AI is cheap and broad, but independent evidence is thin and its data tools sit uneasily with Instagram and TikTok rules. Creators running an occasional giveaway on their own post can try the free credits; brands, agencies and anyone whose account matters should skip it for official-API tools.

Pricing Free (5 credits/month); Starter $9/mo (300 credits); Standard $19/mo (1,000 credits); Pro $49/mo (2,000 credits); one-time credit packs $3 to $149

Visit EasyComment AI

EasyComment AI is a browser-based social media toolkit that exports Instagram, TikTok and Facebook data, picks giveaway winners, offers anonymous story viewing and generates comments and mock-up screenshots. Looking at the pricing, it's free to start with 5 credits a month, and paid plans run from $9 to $49 a month. For most buyers the bigger question isn't price. It's whether the data tools sit comfortably with the platforms' own rules.

This easycomment ai review is based on the company's official pages, platform policy documents, store listings and third-party coverage, all checked in late October 2026. Nobody at The AI Future ran hands-on tests of the product. Where a claim comes from EasyComment itself, it's labelled as such.

My take, up front: EasyComment is cheap and covers a lot of ground, and I can see the appeal. But independent reviews are almost non-existent, its Trustpilot page has been removed, and several of its headline tools rely on the kind of automated data collection that Instagram and TikTok forbid in their terms. I think that last point should settle it for most people.

About EasyComment AI

EasyComment describes itself as "a social media toolkit that helps creators and marketers run giveaways, export engagement data, manage campaigns, and improve social media workflows", according to the FAQ on its homepage. The site claims it is "Trusted by 10,000+ creators". Nobody has independently verified that figure.

Despite the name, EasyComment isn't mainly an AI comment bot. Searches for "easy comment ai" often surface unrelated products with similar names, including a now-discontinued EasyComment Chrome extension for YouTube that directory site Creati.ai lists as "Discontinued". The current product at easycomment.ai groups its tools into five families, per its site navigation:

  • Viewer tools: anonymous viewers for Instagram stories, highlights, profiles, comments and recent followers, plus TikTok accounts and reposts.
  • Export tools: follower, following, comment and like exporters for Instagram, TikTok and Facebook.
  • Picker tools: random comment pickers for Instagram and Facebook giveaways.
  • Generator tools: a TikTok comment generator, an Instagram comment sticker maker, an AI Facebook post generator, and "fake" tweet, Instagram post and YouTube comment generators.
  • Analytics: daily follower and engagement tracking for public Instagram profiles.

The company operates as "EasyComment AI", per its terms and conditions. Directory site TopAI.tools lists it as registered in the United States. The company's own terms don't name a street address or registered entity, so that detail couldn't be confirmed from a primary source. That's odd for a tool that handles other people's account data.

The product is also sold as browser extensions. Its Comment Picker for IG listing on Microsoft Edge Add-ons showed 47 users and no reviews when checked, and describes itself as "an unofficial extension that is developed and maintained independently".

Key features of EasyComment AI

Data exporters

The exporters are the core paid product. They pull follower lists, following lists, comments and likes into spreadsheet files. Going by the credit estimates, one credit buys about 50 Instagram followers or 15 Instagram comments, about 200 TikTok followers or 100 TikTok comments, and about 5 Facebook comments. The company notes that "Export quantities are estimates."

The Instagram follower exporter is pitched for "any Instagram profile", including ones that aren't yours, as the tool cards on the site show. That matters for the platform rules covered below.

Anonymous viewers

On the Instagram Story Viewer page, the company says you can "watch and download any public story 100% anonymously" with "No Instagram authorisation required". Private accounts aren't supported "For privacy reasons", the same page explains. Viewer tools cost 1 credit per page of results, per the pricing page.

The page displays a 4.9-star score from 3,798 votes. That's an on-site rating widget run by EasyComment, not an independent review platform, so I'd treat it as marketing rather than evidence.

Giveaway pickers

The Instagram Giveaway Picker fetches comments from a post link, applies rules such as excluding users or keywords, and draws random winners. The company says the tool "is designed to comply with Instagram's terms of service". Its homepage also says its giveaway algorithm "is open and verifiable", though no public audit or source code was linked from the pages reviewed. I'm not convinced "verifiable" means much without one.

AI comment and post generators

The TikTok Comment Generator writes replies to comments you paste in. You pick a tone and language, then, in the FAQ's words, "you can edit it before copying and posting." It drafts text for you to post by hand. The pages reviewed didn't describe any feature that posts comments to an account automatically.

The AI Facebook Post Generator works the same way: enter a topic, choose a tone and language, then copy the output. The homepage also mentions caption and hashtag generation.

Fake comment and post screenshots

This is probably the most sensitive part of the toolkit. The Instagram Comment Generator creates comment stickers with any username, profile picture and text, which it describes as "indistinguishable from the real thing." The TikTok tool makes "authentic-looking comment screenshots", and separate tools fake tweets and Instagram posts.

EasyComment attaches usage rules. The Fake YouTube Comment Generator page tells users: "Don't use generated comment images as evidence" and "Please clarify to any viewers that generated YouTube comment images are not real/genuine." Its content policy bans using outputs "To defame, disparage, or harass others." Those rules rely on users following them, and I wouldn't bet on that.

Instagram analytics

The Instagram Analytics tool records one daily snapshot of a public profile's followers, posts and engagement rate. Every account can track two profiles for free, the page says. Ongoing tracking costs 150 credits per 30 days, per the pricing page.

EasyComment AI pricing and plans

EasyComment uses one shared credit balance across its exporter, viewer and analytics tools. Pricing below was checked in October 2026 against the live prices. The page showed every plan as discounted, with a countdown timer on the Standard plan, which I'd treat with some suspicion.

PlanPriceCreditsCost per credit
Free$05 per month, reset on the 1st (GMT)n/a
Starter$9/mo (list price $18)300 per month$0.030
Standard$19/mo (list price $60)1,000 per month$0.019
Pro$49/mo (list price $120)2,000 per month$0.025
Credit packs$3 to $149, one-time50 to 7,500$0.060 to $0.020

Two details stand out. First, the Pro plan costs more per credit than Standard, so Standard looks like the better deal unless you need more than 1,000 credits a month. Second, credit packs "never expire" and stack on top of a subscription, the pricing FAQ says.

What the free plan really includes: 5 credits a month. At the company's own estimates, that is roughly 250 Instagram followers or 75 Instagram comments exported per month. The AI comment generators are advertised as free with "no usage limits" on the TikTok generator page.

Refunds are narrow. The terms and conditions say the company does "not issue refunds once the order is completed and delivered". The exceptions are system bugs, with a full refund only "within 24 HOURS of the first payment". Renewals and upgrades are excluded. Subscriptions can be cancelled at any time and stay active until the end of the billing cycle.

Third-party listings are out of date. TopAI.tools still lists "Basic at $5.99/mo and Unlimited at $19.99/mo" and a 24-day refund window, neither of which matches the official pages.

Performance and independent testing

No independent hands-on test of EasyComment was found during research for this review. No YouTube video review by an independent creator turned up either.

Public user feedback is thin. The EasyComment profile on Trustpilot displayed "This profile has been removed" when checked, with Trustpilot stating the business "goes against our guidelines". Trustpilot's page doesn't say which guideline was breached. TopAI.tools shows four user reviews, with 75% recommending the product. The Edge add-on had zero reviews.

Much of the coverage that does exist seems promotional. A December 2025 piece on IPS News's business section praises the tool's "clean and intuitive interface" and "fast performance" but cites no tests or data. The testimonials on EasyComment's own pages are unattributed or carry first names only.

With so little independent evidence, speed and accuracy claims can't be confirmed. If you're considering a paid plan, I'd use the free credits first, given the strict refund policy.

Platform rules on scraping and inauthentic engagement

EasyComment says it is "not affiliated with, endorsed, or certified by Instagram or Meta Platforms, Inc." The platforms' own rules matter more than the vendor's assurances, because enforcement lands on the user's account.

Automated data collection

Instagram's Terms of Use say "You can't attempt to create accounts or access or collect information in unauthorized ways." That includes "accessing or collecting information in an automated way without our express permission, regardless of whether such automated access or collection is undertaken while logged-in to an Instagram account."

TikTok's Terms of Service are blunter. Users may not "scrape, crawl, export or otherwise extract any data or content in any form, for any purpose, from the Platform using any automated system or software", unless approved in writing by TikTok.

EasyComment's exporters and anonymous viewers pull data from accounts without asking the user to log in or connect through an official API. The company hasn't published any permission from Meta or TikTok. By contrast, rival Comment Picker's exporter requires a business or creator account login and says it fetches data "via the official Meta API".

Fake engagement and spam

EasyComment's AI generators draft text for a person to post. That's different from a bot. Volume still matters. Meta's spam policy covers "Posting, sharing, engaging with content or creating accounts ... either manually or automatically, at very high frequencies."

YouTube's fake engagement policy says "YouTube doesn’t allow anything that artificially increases the number of views, likes, comments, or other metrics either by using automatic systems or serving up videos to unsuspecting viewers." TikTok's community guidelines state: "We strictly prohibit automation tools, scripts, or other tricks designed to bypass our systems."

Giveaways and fake screenshots

Instagram's Promotion Guidelines make the account holder "responsible for the lawful operation of that promotion", including official rules and a statement that Instagram does not sponsor it. A picker tool doesn't take that responsibility off you. Meta's spam policy also bans offering cash giveaways in exchange for engagement such as likes.

Fabricated comment screenshots raise a separate risk. Passing them off as real can mislead audiences and, in some cases, defame real people. Our guide to the dangers of AI covers how synthetic media erodes trust, and our explainer on AI regulation tracks the laws now catching up.

Who EasyComment AI is for

EasyComment suits a narrow group of users who understand the trade-offs:

  • Small creators running occasional giveaways who want a quick random draw on their own posts.
  • Marketers who need cheap, one-off exports and accept the risk that automated collection breaches platform terms.
  • Content producers making clearly labelled mock-ups, such as tutorials that show what a comment reply looks like.

It's a poor fit for agencies and brands with compliance teams, anyone whose income depends on an account staying in good standing, and anyone who needs exports backed by an official API. If you mainly want AI help writing captions, a general assistant or one of the tools in our AI hashtag generator roundup covers that without the data-collection questions. Our guide on how to use AI for marketing outlines safer workflows.

EasyComment AI alternatives worth considering

  • Comment Picker: choose it if you want to export comments from your own posts through the official Meta API. The free tier allows up to 50 comments and three exports a month, and Premium costs $9.99 a month, per its page. It needs a business or creator account.
  • Woobox: choose it for recurring brand giveaways. Programming Insider notes it connects to an Instagram Business or Creator account and logs every draw.
  • Simpliers: choose it when you need to prove a draw was fair. The same Programming Insider comparison says it issues a public certificate after each draw, with the first draw free.

Verdict: who should use EasyComment AI and who should skip it

EasyComment AI gives you a wide spread of social tools at a low entry price, and its comment generators keep a human in the loop. Those are real strengths.

The weaknesses are bigger, I think. Independent reviews barely exist, the Trustpilot profile has been removed, refunds are tightly limited, and the exporters and anonymous viewers collect data in ways Instagram and TikTok forbid without permission. The fake screenshot tools add reputational risk if misused.

Use the free credits for a one-off giveaway draw on your own post if you must. I'd skip the paid plans if your account, brand or clients matter to you, and pick an official-API tool instead.

FAQ

Is EasyComment AI free?

Partly. Free accounts get 5 credits a month, reset on the 1st (GMT), and the AI comment generators are advertised as free. Paid plans start at $9 a month for 300 credits, per the pricing page, checked October 2026.

Does EasyComment post comments automatically?

Not according to its own pages. The TikTok generator drafts replies that you edit, copy and post yourself. No auto-posting feature was described on the pages reviewed.

Is EasyComment AI safe to use with Instagram?

EasyComment doesn't ask for Instagram passwords for its viewer tools. Still, Instagram's terms ban collecting information "in an automated way without our express permission". The same terms say Instagram can remove content or stop providing its service to people who break them.

Can I get a refund from EasyComment?

Only in limited cases. The terms allow refunds for system bugs within 24 hours of the first payment. Renewals, upgrades and repurchases are excluded.

Is "easy comment ai" the same product as EasyComment?

Not always. Several unrelated tools use similar names, including a discontinued EasyComment YouTube extension. The product reviewed here is the toolkit at easycomment.ai.
